In March there were 186 missed appointments with either a GP or Practice Nurse. This means for each 10 minute appointment, there were 31 hours of lost appointment hours. Over the year that is 372 Hours which equates to 15 and half days. That is a lot of time for a doctor or nurse to lose. It means we could have seen another 2,232 patients in a year.
Please help us to help you. If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, either by phoning 01995 670066 or by completing the online Cancell an Appointment form under "Do it Online..." on the right. If you made your Appointment using Emis Access you can also cancel the appointment in the same way.
