GP Care Excellent at the Health Centre |

In this weeks Courier (Healthy Verdict on Great Eccleston Health Centre), the results of the latest Department of Health MORI poll has praised the services provided at Great Eccleston Health Centre. The figure for GP satisfaction at the Health Centre for GP care was a staggering 96%. When rated on the topic of the helpfulness of receptionsists the highest percentage of satisfaction was a resounding 98%, which excelled all other Practices in the area. The rating for cleanliness was 98%, a credit to our cleaning operatives.
Should you receive a questionnaire in the post this year we would be grateful if you could help us achieve 100% in all areas. If you are not sure what services we provide please ask for a Practice Information Booklet from reception or ask one of the staff. It is quite possible that even if you have never attended the Practice you will receive a questionnaire in the post. Help us to make this Health Centre a Centre of Excellence, especially for the rural commnunity we serve. Thank you. |

A patient emailed me recently and asked why they had to keep completing their medication on the repeat prescription form. Well, now you don't if you register with this site and create a Login. Once you are logged in and submit the form, it will remember all the content of the form which means you do not need to complete the form all over again. Try it. You will be amazed at how easy it is.
